All our products are subjected to stringent quality and inspection procedures. We also use non-destructive inspection services such as Magnetic Particle Inspection to examine the surfaces and sub-surfaces of our finished products. Equipment CapabilityAichi Forge is able to produce powertrain components on the full range of forging presses including twisted crankshafts. Tool and Die CapabilityAichi Forge has In-House Die, Design, Manufacturing, and Maintenance capabilities as well as CNC Milling Machines, and CNC Vertical lathes.
