We offer solutions in manufacturing crankshafts from design to forging and inspection services based on our customers' needs. Our crankshaft manufacturing processes are clearly defined prior to production, ensuring high quality of the end product.
A crankshaft manufactured by the forging process typically imparts greater strength and density as compared to a casting or crankshaft machined from bar. We design and tailor our crankshaft forging process to each application.

We have seven mechanical press lines from 1600 metric tons to 8000 metric tons that enable us to manufacture crankshafts with sizes ranging from 2 inches to 20 inches in diameter. We also provide a host of value added services to help you in your crankshaft manufacturing needs including:
All our products are subjected to stringent quality and inspection procedures. We also use non-destructive inspection services such as Magnetic Particle Inspection to examine the surfaces and sub-surfaces of our finished products.
Aichi Forge is able to produce powertrain components with equipment capabilities of 8000T Mechanical Press line, 6000T Mechanical Press line, 4000T Mechanical Press line, 2500T Mechanical Press line, Twisting, Solid State induction heating equipment, Pre-form equipment, and Controlled Cooling.
Tool and Die Capability
Aichi Forge has In-House Die, Design, Manufacturing, and Maintenance capabilities as well as CNC Milling Machines, CNC EDM Units, and CNC Vertical lathes.
Powertrain components can be created with lengths up to 39" and a 200lb maxiumum limit.
